Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Pok Oi Hospital Dental Clinic Online Appointment System (hereinafter referred to as "the System"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the System. By using the System, you agree to be bound by these terms.


Scope of Service

  1. The System is intended solely for booking outpatient dental services at Pok Oi Hospital Dental Clinic.
  2. The System does not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, please go to the nearest Accident & Emergency Department or call 999 immediately.

User Responsibilities

  1. Users must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information to complete the appointment.
  2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (if applicable) and preventing unauthorized access.
  3. To change or cancel an appointment, users must notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance.

Privacy of Information

  1. All personal data collected through the System will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
  2. The data will be used solely for appointment scheduling, medical services, and related administrative purposes, and will not be disclosed to third parties without user consent.

System Limitations

  1. The System may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Pok Oi Hospital will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
  2. Pok Oi Hospital does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the System and is not liable for any failed appointments due to system or network issues.

  1. Pok Oi Hospital shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or inability to use the System.
  2. The information provided in the System is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice. Please consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Amendments to Terms

  1. Pok Oi Hospital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted within the System. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
